Nahid Decor Center & Showroom
Multi-Purpose Sales & Presentation Space Design
Sameni Interiors was commissioned to design and deliver the Nahid Development Showroom and Decor Center, a multi-functional space serving as the heart of purchaser experiences, material selections, and company events. This showroom was envisioned as both a presentation space and an interactive environment, showcasing the quality and design vision of Nahid’s residential projects.
At the entrance, guests are welcomed by a striking marble reception desk and a lounge area equipped with multiple screens displaying the company’s story and project portfolio. The showroom integrates Italian model kitchens, one of which functions both as a display of a Nahid project and as the kitchenette for the showroom itself. Additional sections highlight model kitchens from other developments, supported by material boards, finish displays, and accent lighting designed to showcase details with clarity and elegance.
The bathroom, model closets, and window covering displays are presented alongside two large material selection tables, where purchasers can touch, compare, and coordinate finishes. Thoughtful storage solutions, including drawers beneath the tables, keep samples organized yet accessible. Plumbing fixtures are also displayed, complementing the interior design process. To enhance the purchasing journey, a dedicated interior design station was created, featuring elegant furniture, designer lighting, and greenery to make the color selection experience both comfortable and inspiring.
At the rear of the showroom, a glass-enclosed multipurpose office was designed to serve as a sales office, conference room, or private meeting space during events.
The entire showroom is unified by a contemporary palette of matte black, oak tones, brushed gold, and soft greys, evoking a sense of luxury, high-end design, and timeless elegance. The result is a dynamic space that not only showcases Nahid’s craftsmanship and finishes but also creates a welcoming environment for purchasers and event guests alike.
