Full Renovation of Semi-Detached Home
At 4 Cedar Avenue, Sameni Interiors completed a major renovation project, transforming this semi-detached house into a modern and functional living space.
Our work encompassed every level of the home. On the third floor, we added a brand-new ensuite bathroom with a three-piece standing shower and introduced a dedicated laundry room. The basement was fully finished into a self-contained one-bedroom unit, featuring a bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry.
Throughout the home, the powder room and all finishes were replaced with new contemporary selections, while the interiors were elevated with engineered hardwood flooring, a modern kitchen, refinished stairs and railings, and new drywall. On the exterior, we installed sleek black windows and doors, refinished the façade, and completed fresh landscaping to complement the new look.
The renovation embraces a contemporary minimal aesthetic, with clean lines, modern finishes, and thoughtful details—resulting in a home that is both elegant and highly functional.
